1-Developing hydrogen fueling stations for Fuel Cell electric cars, preparing the infrastructure for hydrogen highways in Europe and USA.
2-Responsible for designing process flow diagrams by gathering requirements

• Development of Process Simulation models using HYSYS for process parameters and equipment optimization

• Participation in process safety management, including HAZID/ ALARP and HAZOP studies and initiate follow up actions
• Process support for gas production facilities in the North Sea owned by Maersk oil.
• Support within all phases of small and large scale projects
• Provide process engineering expertise in the review and optimization of existing production facilities.
• Process Review and Flare Study for flare system adequacy check involving Flare network study and back pressure calculations / flare load optimization.
• P&IDs and PFDs development and review according to the industry standards
• Equipment sizing / line sizing and contribution to cost estimation and optimization
• ESD logic and matrix diagrams.
• Review vendor technical documentation and cost estimates and interface coordination
• SIL ( safety Integrity Level) assessment and review
• Flare radiation calculations using Flaresim
• planning and scheduling work flow activities to meet project requirements at right cost
• Responsible for detailed QA of the design
• Building strong relationship with clients through high quality work
Design and load calculations of clean and black utilities for vaccine production
