• Responsible of MONITORING & CONTROL over all PLANT OPERATION and maintaining the operating conditions under desired limits.
• Prepare production & dispatch summary and report to shift supervisor
• Take decisive actions and communicate with shift supervisor, field operators in case of Troubleshooting, Emergency, Equipment failure or any Process deviations.
• Compiling and management of maintenance forms, records, reports and data logging.
• Authorize and co-sign maintenance work permits (PTW).
• Develop and review the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Performs system START-UP and SHUT-DOWN as per procedures.
• Carried out Routine Jobs and Safe Execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance as per Program.

Process and Design Study for Product Development.

Carried out Research at PCSIR for the Production of food grade Poly vinyl acetate.
Conduct lab Experiment using Suspension and Solution Polymerization Techniques.
Design process for the Production of PVAc of desired Properties using Suspension Polymerization Technique.
Carried out Material Balance and Energy Balance for a 5 MeT Capacity Production Plant of Poly vinyl acetate

Calibration and handling of UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Atomic instrument, Butchi Steam distillation unit, Butchi digestion unit, Viscometer, PH meter, Conductivity meter, metrohm auto titration instrument, Orsat Apparatus, Refrectrometer, Gas Chromatograph Absorption Spectrophotometer, Flame Photometer, Karl Fisher etc.
During Professional Training in Fertilizer sector I have Performed the Job related works including Enviromental monitoring, Effluents, Raw material, Process Samples and Products Sampling and Testing.
Hands on Experience and Superficial Knowledge of all the Unit Processes and Unit Operations involves in Ammonia, Urea, DAP Manufacturing plants as well as well aware of the Tecniques and Operations involves in Power Generation and Water Treatments for Different Industrial Use
