• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, technical applications, Servers, Laptops, Desktops, Switches, and Firewall etc.
• Maintain Active Directory Environment to ensure availability, operability, and normal functionality of the entire domain i.e. DCs, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Print, Server Hardening, WSUS & File Servers, OwnCloud using Dell PowerEdge Server using Windows Server 2012/2008 R2 and Dell SAN Storage.
• Manage & administer Virtualized Server Infrastructure (VSI), includes VMWare vSphere ESXi Hosts, Virtual Servers (Guests), Storage & Networking etc.
• Administer and maintain Open Source Zimbra Mail Server with zPush Server for Exchange ActiveSync to ensure availability and normal functionality.
• Administer and manage Veeam Backup & Replication for Physical / VMs as well Symantec Backup Exec 2015 for PCM (Primavera Contract Management) Database Backup using Data Tape/Storage Devices.
• To keep Servers and Clients PCs free of virus and normal operation using Sophos Central (Intercept X Advance (Servers / Clients).
• Maintain Products Contracts/Agreements and Support Services, in order to fulfil business requirements in terms of providing required applications licenses whilst being in compliance with legal and licensing requirements.
• Understand and resolve technical complaints related to smooth Servers and End Users’ Computer Systems operation in timely manner by using TeamViewer licensed version as we 02 Sub-Offices connected via VPN.
• On monthly basis Systems auditing i.e. Servers, Desktops/Laptops, Switches and Network devices etc.
• Planning, designing & implementation of the Systems/Network architecture to meet current and future needs.
• To evaluate condition of IT inventory, equipment & enlighten management about its status for ensuring reliable, smooth and stabilized work.
• To monitor and troubleshoot Network Application and Infrastructure install at Company Head Office & Sub-Offices as well to ensure proper & effect utilization.
• Setting and connectivity of Virtual Meeting using Avaya, GoToMeeting, Zoom, Microsoft Team, Whereby etc.
• Managing and administering Hybrid Environment i.e. Microsoft and Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS / RedHat) Servers in High Available environments.
• Managing and configuring services such as Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Exchange 2013 Server, DFSR, vSFTP, LAMP/LEMP, MySQL/MariaDB (Galera Clustering / Replication), SSL Certs etc as well NextCloud, SnipeIT, iToP, Odoo 12/ERPNext and osTicket with LDAP/Email server integration.
• Using Virtualization technologies i.e. Hyper-V & VMware vSphere ESXi, vCenter
• Install and manage KSC - Kaspersky Security Centre 10 SP2.
• Configure and Manage ASP .NET Core based Web Portal using NGINX Reverse Proxy on Linux CentOS / Ubuntu.
• Operating Systems and other productivity software patching i.e. Microsoft & Linux.
• Designing, implementing, securing/hardening by using Vulnerability Scanners (OpenVAS, Nessus) and maintaining Linux / Microsoft computer systems for test, development and production environment.
• Installing and configuring infrastructure monitoring, management and reporting tools i.e. Zabbex/Cacti, Microsoft SCCM 2012 R2 etc.
• Involved in developing and overseeing the Backup, Up-Gradeation, Replication, Clustering and Load balancing/Failover strategies.
• Using different tools i.e. ipTables, HAProxy, Unison, SpiceWorks, rsync, LVM etc.
• Debug/troubleshoot different issues regarding Software/Applications and network.
• Manage and monitor Firewall/Proxy Microsoft TMG 2010 Servers with GFI Web Monitor and Switches to ensure consistent & secure connectivity of WAN/LAN as per Company policies.
• Manage & administer Virtualized Server Infrastructure (VSI), includes Microsoft Hyper-V Hosts, Hosted Virtual Servers (Guests), Storage and Networking etc.
• Maintain Active Directory Environment (Domain) to ensure availability, integrity, operability, and normal functionality of the entire domain i.e. Domain Controllers, AD LDS, AD migration/up-gradation, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Print, Policy Petrol Email Disclaimers, Service Desk, WSUS and File Servers using Dell PowerEdge 710 and 630 Server with Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2008 R2 as well DR Planning.
• Manage and maintain Exchange Hybrid i.e. Exchange 2016 on-premises and Exchange Online Office 365 to ensure availability and normal functionality.
• Configure and manage Veritas Symantec Backup Exec 2015 using Data Tape/Storage Devices to Backup Exchange DAG, DCs, Servers and Official critical Data. Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) 10 for email security and Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) 12.1.6 RU6 MP5 to ensure normal functionality free of viruses.

•Deploy and schedule backup plan using Veritas Symantec Backup Exec 15 & Symantec Desktop/Laptop Option (DLO) 8.0 to assure appropriate backup of Servers/Clients work related data and manage restoration of data.
•Design solutions to technical problems and implementation of new systems or infrastructure changes.
•Understand and resolve technical complaints related to the smooth network operation in a timely manner as well assist users in automating processes & maintaining a virus free computing environment.

•Design & configure ICT Network Infrastructure of Save the Children (Haripur, Program Office, ECCE Provincial Head Office, USAID FATA-KP Health Program Office, Peshawar) using Server Operating Systems i.e. Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 R2 and Linux.
•Maintain effective services support including install new/rebuild existing servers, configure hardware, peripherals, services and directories storage etc. in accordance with standards & program/operational requirements.
•Configure, manage & monitor logical Servers in High Availability Environment i.e. Domain Services (Domain Controllers), File Servers in DFS Replica, Application Servers i.e. WSUS in Replica mode, DHCP Failover, WDS, Microsoft Office365 for email purposes, FTP, MS SQL Server 2005, Print Servers, VPN, Kaspersky Admin Centre as well to ensure availability, integrity, operability as well normal functionality 24/7.
•Configure & manage Fortigate 110C Firewall, Proxy Servers i.e. ISA Server 2K4 and Squid Server to provide Web Caching, Content & Traffic Controls.
•Create Virtualized Server Infrastructure (VSI) including Microsoft / VMWare Servers (Host), Hosted Virtual Servers (Guests), Storage and Networking etc.
•Develop and implement agency ICT policies and procedures i.e. for architecture, security and disaster recovery, standards, procuring & service provision as well to reduce illegitimate use of Organization IT assets.
