• Establish effective collection & remedy strategy for potential and non-performing defaulting borrowers to determine solutions which will protect the Bank's interest and increase the security in favor for the bank.
• Responsible for managing and monitoring corporate portfolio for non-performing assets, mitigating and reducing loss situations.
• Negotiate with clients to explore the possibilities for an amicable settlement of liabilities towards mutual interest before initiating legal action. • Manage Credit risk stress testing in coordination with marketing, operation and finance to conduct overall risk stress testing to meet group & regularity requirement.
• Review periodically the department's policies and procedures to ensure the most efficient and effective manner of workflow is in place.
