 In charge of complete IT/Network Infrastructure for Samsung Head Office and Samsung branch offices.
 Monitoring and troubleshooting of MPLS and Internet circuits of HQ and branches.
 Liaising with International ISPs for MPLS and Internet circuits provisioning and issues.
 Vendor Management - Liaising with local and international vendors for IT infra/Network and Circuit requirements.
 Project Implementation for new and existing sites.
 Install, configure and maintain IT and Network infrastructure components as per Company standard policy.
 Supervision/Implementation of Access Control system, CCTV, UPS and Fire protection systems.
 Install, upgrade, and configure IT/Network infrastructure such as MPLS, Internet circuits, VPN, Cisco routers and switches, Wan Accelerator, Firewalls, Proxy etc...
 Implement security and solutions aligned with Company security standards and policies.
 Installing/Maintaining/Administering/Troubleshooting Cisco and other network devices.
 Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems.
 Maintain the availability of WAN, LAN, Data servers, Routers, Firewall, Switches, VPN Systems, IP Phones, Content Filtering Systems, PABX Systems, Email, ERP System, Proxy, Video Conference Systems, IPT systems etc..
 Maintain the availability of workstations, laptops, network printers, network plotters, network scanners etc...
 Installing and configuring new equipments and upgrading existing systems.
 Testing, maintaining and upgrading equipment.
 Preparing Monthly network performance and faulty reports.
 End user training and support.
