Responsibilities:
• Managing full life - cycle Recruitment process from Understanding, Planning, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Obtaining qualitative Feedback, offer & joining formalities to ensure a seamless transition for Permanent hire, Temporary contract, and contract to hire positions for all over GCC Countries.
• Handling end to end recruitment activities for various requirements for both clients and internal hiring.
• Handling recruitment of some of the Major clients - Standard Chartered Bank, Samsung and more.
• Developing a good understanding of Client companies and their industry.
• Sourcing profiles through different channels like job portals (Naukrigulf, monstergulf & bayt), Adverstising job vacancies in the newspapers, Sending mass emails, Internal resume databases, social networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook), & Employee referrals.
• Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top talent from junior level to senior management level from the targeted companies.
• Initial telephonic & in person screening of candidates to check Personality, Communication and technical skills.
• Responsible for handling Walk In Interviews for Bulk Hiring.
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Direct Point of Contact to the Hiring Managers & the candidates for hiring process.
• Negotiating the salary and notice period with the candidates and finalizing arrangements between the client and candidates.
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
• Frequent follow up with the candidates till on boarding.
• Preparation of MIS daily, weekly & monthly report relating to interviews and other activities.


Business Development :
• Identifying new sales leads and generating business from MNC’s & SME’s.
• Generating leads through cold calls, Emails, door to door marketing, attending exhibitions, and seeking references from existing clients.
• Conducted B2B sales through face-to-face presentation of our services to prospective clients and negotiated to close deals.
• Signed new clients looking for Contract Staffing and Permanent Recruitment by negotiating and demanding a Premium rate for our Services.


Account Management:
• Managing the clients on day to day basis.
• Focusing on developing and generating the business from exiting clients.
• Serving & Managing Key Clients of company operationally.
• Collection of Payments - Doing timely collection of the payment from the clients.
• Build Client rapport & create higher level relations for business growth.
• Regular client meetings across levels to generate optimum business opportunity.
• Ensuring 100% client satisfaction and delivery


HR Accountabilities:
• Preparing Offer Letters and Employment Contracts.
• Collection of mandatory documents from successful candidates for processing visa as per Ministry of Labor.
• Coordination with the PRO.
• Onboarding, Deployment & Deboarding.
