TASKS.
As an Accountant my tasks were a lot but I write some major responsibilities:
• Review contractors' bills for accuracy and completeness, and approve payment requests.
• Process invoices, requisitions, and purchase order.
• Review approve and process payroll, expenses reports, and time cards.
• Research and resolve invoice and billing disputes with contractors.
• Manage all aspects of accounting for commercial construction projects.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Monitor budged variances, and provide cost reports to project team.
• Handle all billing and accounts payable/ receivable duties.
