Handling and supporting a team dedicated in processing Visa’s and company license related transactions and encourages the team to strictly follow company procedures and Policy in providing excellent customer service.

Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of customers documentation against customer request and customer’s receipts.
Initiates required action for response to customer service requests, maintenance, customer information and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/department.
Ensures and provides excellent customer service.
Ensure customer transactions are entered correctly, accurately and in an error free manner, in line with company policies and procedures.
Ensures and updates information as per changes within the organization and MOL requirements.
Ensures targets are achieved in a timely manner.
Ensures and checks all payment deductible is of the correct amount in line with the set tariff and service provided.
Answers customer inquiries and escalates complains to concerned personnel.
Contributes to team effort by related results as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
