Experience Class;

• Manage a team of field service technicians, including hiring, training,
scheduling, and supervising field service personnel;
• Ensure that customer issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner;
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of equipment, as well as the repair
of any issues that may arise;

and production departments to ensure that customer requirements are met;
