Top management leaders affairs:
- Working fully with the top management leaders' file, including (following up their employment, increases and incentives, absence and attendance, work trips, letters, informing them of any amendments, receiving their complaints and dealing with them.
- Communication point between the leader and the employer.
- Valuing their Iqamas and following up on issuing their visas.
As for Employee Relations:
- Follow up the attendance and absence.
- Review salaries with the Payroll Administration Department.
- Business trips, coordinating with travel agency and calculating their compensation.
- Iqamas and renewal
- On Boarding for new employees
- Follow up on promotions and register them in the company system
- Follow up on resignations and end of services
- Managing employee complaints
- Liaising between employees and management.
- Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits
- Working on contracts and updating them in line with the human
resources policy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
-Working on Mudad and Qiwa platform
Control all aspects of project documentation on all projects.
• Ensure proper document control support that is given to each project.
• Work in cooperation with the Design Manager and senior Design staff to ensure project progress status.
• Responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
