•Plan and Conduct info sessions at the company’s premises and at universities, schools and other educational institutions.
•Liaise with the corporate team.
•Register candidates, issue invoices, credit notes and receipt and follow up on collections.

Responsibilities:
•Secretarial work (sending letters, packages, ordering, booking, filing, reminders, visa process... etc.).

•Responsible of the filing system and the petty cash.
