•Liaise with the corporate team.
•Register candidates, issue invoices, credit notes and receipt and follow up on collections.

Responsibilities:
•Secretarial work (sending letters, packages, ordering, booking, filing, reminders, visa process... etc.).
•Attending meetings.
•Responsible of the filing system and the petty cash.
•Issuing Checks.
•Assisting the chief accountant (doing some accounting work).
