Responsibilities
• Assist in increasing the corporate clients' base
• Close deals and use up-selling and cross-selling techniques
• Designs offers and gift cards to increase sales and create awareness of our hotels & cruises
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for public vacations
• Developing and maintaining sales proposals and present services' presentations
• Handle requests through phone calls, emails and faxes from the international and the domestic clients
• Handling guests' complaints and follow up on solving them to ensure their satisfaction
• Intimate knowledge of the hotels & cruises places among local and regional competitors
• Keep close eye on and maximize the average daily occupancy rate
• Maintain well-organized documentations and reports
• Manage direct and indirect sales activity
• Negotiate contracts, prices, credit terms, warranties and delivery dates
• Participate in trade shows and other marketing and promotional events to solicit new business
• Provide groups with especial rates and packages to sustain strong relationship with them
• Recommend modifications in plans and strategies according to market and competitors continuous study
• Research and identify accounts in the local and international market
• Study and analyze services' weakness and strength points by applying a verbal survey with our guest
• Have weekly &monthly meeting with all sales team to discuss sales activity (write meeting minutes)
• Check director email every day and replied all the emails
• Received all reports concerning the renovation of all boats
• Reserve all the Overbooking reservation on outside boats with lowest price to have profit
• Payment issues
