I have extensive experience in IT Helpdesk providing assistance to users in various technical issues. During my tenure, I have developed excellent skills in utilizing operating systems such as Windows Server and troubleshooting associated problems, as well as working with domains and user connectivity. Additionally, I have experience in resolving software and hardware issues, along with skills in managing and maintaining printers.
Furthermore, I have basic knowledge of systems like Linux, Zabbix, Git, and GitHub, which enhances my ability to provide IT Helpdesk more effectively.
Currently, I am employed in my current company in the hardware provisioning department for employees, which includes device setup, domain integration, software installations, and asset management within the Odoo system, in addition to resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
