* Release all check related to payroll sheet .
* Release all check related to all resigned employee .
* Follow up with HR to keep all employee status up to date at payroll system .
* Any other assignment requested by HR and payroll manager .
* Follow up employee recurred .
• Work on some programs ( total accounts, pharmacy accounts, al jama accounts, ...)
• Prepare journal entries .
• Prepare sales tax reporting .
• prepare Memo Bank statement
