Responsible for supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines, while immediately reporting any safety lapses to the concerned personnel. Duties include quality control, estimation, preparation of extra claims and variation statements, issuance of purchase orders, verification of materials and manufacturer test certificates, preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for structural members, and ensuring the timely availability of materials and equipment. Additionally, monitor project progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare daily and periodic reports to keep management informed and ensure successful project execution.
