Duties include managing PPM and CM activities to prevent backlog and achieve KPI targets, conducting site inspections, defect identification, planning and monitoring rectification works, verifying materials and workmanship, and coordinating with subcontractors, MEP teams, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Experienced in supervising structural and finishing works, including concrete repairs, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, stone works, tiling, painting, and fit-outs, while maintaining quality control, technical documentation, progress reporting, and budget compliance to deliver premium standards for high-profile royal facilities.

I work as a Construction Manager, responsible for planning, supervising, and managing all phases of construction activities, including earthworks, roadworks, excavation, foundations, reinforcement, concrete casting, and finishing works such as blockwork, plastering, and waterproofing using bituminous membrane sheets and cementitious systems. Responsible for supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines, while immediately reporting any safety lapses to the concerned personnel. Duties include quality control, estimation, preparation of extra claims and variation statements, issuance of purchase orders, verification of materials and manufacturer test certificates, preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for structural members, and ensuring the timely availability of materials and equipment. Additionally, monitor project progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare daily and periodic reports to keep management informed and ensure successful project execution.
