• Assessed and evaluated the Legal Framework of external jurisdictions where the bank has a business presence
• Drafted and reviewed Contracts for the International Islamic Arab Bank, Arab Bank Investment Group, and all other Arab Bank Branches in the Middle East. Partnered with cross-department colleagues in order to investigate and resolve legal disputes
