● Programs ITS Field Coordinator (Informal Tented Settlements) | Mateen World for Rehabilitation and Training | \[2023\] PRESENT
➢ Coordinate and manage field operations for the Makani programs in informal tented settlements.
➢ Ensure compliance with UNICEF guidelines and objectives in program planning and implementation.
➢ planning direct implementation, and documentation of the component meeting or exceeding regulations and local Authorities goals/objectives. This position assists in managing the programs a whole with specific responsibilities in the coordinating all aspects of the classroom design, curriculum implementation, supervision and monitoring of the program Coordinator will treat all individuals with dignity and respect, make necessary referrals for clients.
➢ Lead a team of field coordinators, Facilitators and volunteers, ensuring smooth execution of activities and effective communication.
➢ Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify gaps in services and develop targeted interventions.
➢ Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
➢ Foster strong partnerships with community leaders, local authorities, and NGOs to maximize program impact.
➢ Build solid relationship with all the NGO's working in his area surrounding.
➢ Defining and studying the educational ITS (Informal Tented Settlements) and schools where the ITS will be implemented
➢ Responsible for procurements for educational classes.
➢ Preparing the activities budgets for ITS under my responsibility.
➢ Follow up on implementation of the program in the different locations of including monthly activities and groups activities.
➢ Evaluating the educational sessions and groups activities by taking part of half of it.
➢ Participating in the outdoor group activities that are implemented on the projects level, such as trips, camps and ceremonies.
➢ Build a solid relation with the local community and gain support and advocacy for the program.
➢ Make decisions and acts based on family support principles, theories, practices, and code of ethic
➢ Provides counsel, assistance, and support the ITS staff (Volunteers, facilitates, and specialized teachers) of education program planning and management. Reviews and assess, with ITS staff, Project activities, and interrelationships with other components; identifies possible solutions for problems and makes recommendations; interacts with other coordinators; co-workers, staff, and parents.
➢ Ensures that education component adequately addresses child outcomes. Provides leadership to the education staff and program staff overall on developing, designing curricula around, and responding to child outcomes.
➢ Prepare Monthly achievement reports based on project objectives, milestones.
➢ Assist in developing quarterly, six months, and the annual reports.

The Education Coordinator will treat all individuals with dignity and respect, make necessary referrals for clients.
 Participating in conducting PRA’s (Participatory Rapid Appraisals) and selecting sites and schools to implement the program.
 Defining and studying the educational centres and schools where the NFE (Non-Formal Education) will be implemented
 Responsible for procurements for educational classes.
 Following up on providing educational centres and class with the required equipment's to implement the project
 Participating in facilitators trainings that will participate in the NFE (Non- Formal Education).
 Follow up on implementation of the program in the different locations of including monthly activities and groups activities.
 Documenting the monthly tasks and activities that are conducted
 Preparing the activities budgets for NFE centres under my responsibility.
 Preparing the monthly activities and achievements reports.
 Preparing the monthly plan for the NFE centres under my responsibility.
 Evaluating the educational sessions and groups activities by taking part of half of it.
 Participating in the outdoor group activities that are implemented on the projects level, such as trips, camps and ceremonies.
 Preparing and participating in the periodical meetings that are held with the facilitators in the different locations.
 Participating in the monthly and periodical institutional meetings of the NFE (Non- Formal Education) project
 Build a solid relation with the local community and gain support and advocacy for the program.
 Make decisions and acts based on family support principles, theories, practices, and code of ethic
 Provides counsel, assistance, and support the Non-formal education centre staff (Manager, facilitates, and specialized teachers) of education program planning and management. Reviews and assess, with centre NFE staff, Project activities, and interrelationships with other components; identifies possible solutions for problems and makes recommendations; interacts with other coordinators; co-workers, staff, and parents.
 Build solid relationship with all the NGO's working in his area surrounding.
 Build a strong relation with all the educational staff in the centres in his area.
 Updating the data and information of the beneficiaries of the project on monthly basis.
 Ensures that education component activities follow performance standards at all sites. Builds, develops and maintains communication system and supervisory system with site personnel that allows for regular assessment and refinement of education activities at those sites.
 Ensures that education component adequately addresses child outcomes. Provides leadership to the education staff and program staff overall on developing, designing curricula around, and responding to child outcomes.
 Prepare Monthly achievement reports based on project objectives, milestones.
 Assist in developing quarterly, six months, and the annual reports.
