• Conduct benchmarking study with similar business environment in different region
Study all legislation and regulations that govern processes and stakeholders requirements
• Redesign the processes and set To-Be scenario that helps to improve process performance and digital transformation
• Identify the gap analysis between As-Is and To-Be and set all requirements that must be done to implement and apply the To-Be scenario
• Participate in development of digital transformation plan for government of Jordan entities
• Define systems functional requirements and integration requirements
