• Develop process and service architecture
• Build and analyze queries using ARIS designer
• Managing and supervising launching of the National Services Registration platform and its data migration from ARIS repository.
• Document the government of Jordan services catalog in ARIS platform using standard modeling notation (2500 services)

• Improve government processes and service through BPR project in many entities by applying best practices methodology
• Collect all information related to As-Is process/service using several techniques
Document the SOPs with their related workflow using standard modeling notation (EPC, BPMN)
• Analyze the As-Is process in different point of perspective (bottlenecks, KPIs, lack of resources or technology ...)
• Conduct benchmarking study with similar business environment in different region
Study all legislation and regulations that govern processes and stakeholders requirements
• Redesign the processes and set To-Be scenario that helps to improve process performance and digital transformation
• Identify the gap analysis between As-Is and To-Be and set all requirements that must be done to implement and apply the To-Be scenario
• Participate in development of digital transformation plan for government of Jordan entities
• Define systems functional requirements and integration requirements
• Recruiting new hires
• Setting up candidates' interviews for hiring managers
• Overseeing new employee onboarding and training
• Maintaining employee records in an online system
• Processing payroll for company employees
• Assisting with procedures for performance management
• Conducting audits to measure the success of HR programs and then recommend changes
• Administering health and benefit plans for employees
