Review DBSP and develop FEED document, Construction and commissioning of the project as per Saudi Aramco specification. Project Description:
1) Pre-settling Facilities to remove water content from crude oil consist of two dome type pressurized tanks (20K Barrel each), five booster pumps, five water pumps and demulsifier package.
2) Heat Medium System consist of three fired heaters 45 MW each, ten heat exchangers and three recirculation pumps.
3) Oil Reclaiming System to improve environmental conditions: one tank, two recovered oil vessels, emulsion treatment package and demulsifier package.
4) Loading (exporting) and Metering Facilities: four crude loading pumps (3000 HP each), four Variable Frequency Drives and two custody metering stations
5) Switchgear and control building. The building includes 13.8 & 4.16 kV switchgears, 480V switchgears & MCCs, Distributed Control System (DCS, Honeywell), UPS and HVAC systems.

• IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SECURITY SYSTEM FOR AGOC EXPLOSIVE & STORAGE FACILITY

Lead a Team of engineers and technicians to install CCTV’s, supply of sufficient Metal detectors, Structural improvements to the facility entry and exit doors.
