• Enter all transactions related to clients on the accounting system, including buy/sell orders, withdrawals, dividends, and interest payments.
• Handle all corporate actions related to clients and reflect them accurately in their investment portfolios.
• Perform daily reconciliations for clients' transactions and corporate transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
• Facilitate incoming and outgoing transfers of cash and securities, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
• Prepare, process, and submit check files and wire transfers for clients' and suppliers. Apply proper accounting treatment for financial market instruments (Equities, Futures, Options, and Bonds) to maintain accurate financial records.
• Cash management operations in cooperation with the Financial Supervision Department.
• Collaborate with the compliance department to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide support to the customer service department in addressing clients' inquiries and resolving issues.
• Utilize the SDC (Securities Depository Center) system for managing client portfolios and transactions.
• Support end-of-month close procedures and assist in generating financial reports.
