Main Responsibilities:

 Responsible of providing first and second level support to NRC staff, including but not limited to network, Systems, software and hardware troubleshooting.
 Prepare ICT SOP's, Documentation, Policies for the Country office and Camps.
 Provide procurement assistance including, but not limited to, researching solutions, raising Purchase orders engaging with potential vendors, making recommendations for product purchases and evaluating bids.
 Assure that all software on NRC equipment is licensed, keep record of licenses, and support contracts to include notification of renewal timeframe to management.

Main Responsibilities:
▪ Instituting protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects using (ITIL standard)
