JOB RESPONSIBILITY
EXECUTION
* Expertise in plumbing and firefighting system erection, installation and testing and
Commissioning.
* Checking of material used as per approved drawing and specification.
* Visual checking of drainage pipe invert level with help of survey measurement.
* Site execution as per shop drawing, mechanical specification & schedule.
* Attending of weekly progress meeting, visual inspection of all site execution work and test.
* Final fixing of sanitary with accessories.
* Planned and scheduled the team's work assignments. Communicated status for work projects to
senior.
* Ensured that all work orders were completed effectively and within an appropriate time frame.
Evaluated and approved completed work assignments.
* Solving erection difficulties.
DESIGN/DOCUMENTS
* Preparing Technical Datasheet to get approval from Consultant, Client and P.M.C. (SCT).
* Maintaining records of all TDS, ITP, MSRA, AFR, NCR, SER, SD, and QCP in Log format.
* Discussion with clients for compliance and conflict resolution.
* Preparing Specification Deviation Request (SDR), SER get it approved from client.
* Raising RFI and following with Consultants and PMC and resolving it.
* Quantity takeoff from AutoCAD shop drawing & preparing quantity variation.
QAQC
* Preparing and signoff MIR, JOB CARDS & WIR, ITP, Method statement.
* Visual inspection of material & its traceability.
* Reading drawing isometric, GAD, P&ID, PFD, CSD etc.
* Familiarity with ASME, NBC, UPC, ASTM, IS etc.
* Maintaining Internal & client quality observation along with compliance.
* Mockup approval of new activity from client.
* Closing of AFR & NCR’s.
* Factory Inspection for material performance as required.
* Quality control of site and quality training for execution team.
* Checking and signoff all WIR, MIR & SER from client.
T&C
* T&C Documents, SAT reports, O&M preparation and handing over of equipment
* Snaging De-snaging, HOTO, and handing over to operation team
* BMS Integration support to ELV Team for MEP devices
* Looking for utility service like compressed air system, boiler system, WTP system
Bachelor of engineering in mechanical from Mumbai university.
