• Responsible for creating project implementation plans and coordination with client and other stakeholders for project delivery.
• Responsible for creating technical design documents for client site network & electrical setup of digital solutions/signage hardware equipment.
• Responsible for selecting, ordering and purchasing required hardware and accessories.
• Responsible for configuration and installation of digital solutions/signage devices, displays and LEDs and all associated networking & power cabling.
• Responsible for installation and configuration of LED video wall with the help of the technical team.
• Responsible for managing technical support tickets to finish the tasks for all the clients within the SLA contract.
• Responsible for solving technical and network issues of the media players on-site and remotely.
• Responsible for cloning and configuring the media player if the hard disk or the Windows OS is damaged.

• Responsible for solving LCD video wall grouping issues on-site and remotely.
• Responsible for finding the technical issues in LCD and LED video wall screens and solving them by finding the damaged part and then fix or replace it at the lowest cost.
• Administration and management of multiple cloud web-based digital signage content management platforms.
• Performing quality assurance and technical tests.
• Providing hand-over training to client admins.
• Responsible for generating reports for higher management in daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Worked as an instructor to teach children how to program using Arduino language to enable them implementing small projects.
• Participating and presenting the company in GITEX and WETEX.
