• Installing, testing and deploying end user, network, PABX & IP Telephony.
• upgrading system changes, fixed patches, applications, and new releases to resolve problems and to launch new services.
• Managing and administrating the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager - SCCM server, deploying patches and scripts on multiple PCs.
• Providing end users with hardware and software support, including multiple windows versions (Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8 ).
• Keeping records of users hardware assets, managing withdrawal and transfer process for Orange’s IT department related assets.
• Providing second line of support for customers by detecting, diagnosing and restoring the normal service as quickly as possible, in order to minimize disruption to business applications.
• Participate in IT projects to provide Technical consultation, training, perform required tests on new systems and study integration with the active systems.
• Participate in monitoring SLA, security policy, Maintenance Contracts implementation, and vendor's behaviors & credibility to deliver SLA requirements.
• Installing network and Telephony infrastructure to ensure end-users connectivity and access to enterprise services.
• Oversee end-users usage of IT equipment, applications and infrastructure, to maximize the functionality of IT resources according to users system instructions.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Providing basic computer maintenance, on both software and hardware levels.
- Responsible for basic network cabling, planning and distribution.
- Answering inquiries from system users; explaining systems functions and providing technical assistance in the use and application of system features.
- Managing Cisco Firewall (ASA ) and applying access polices using Cisco ASDM.
- Accessing and controlling Network switches (port configurations and VLans.

- Training and assisting staff in using software and hardware efficiently.
- Participating in setting information security policies and procedures.
- Being part of the evaluation process of the equipment to be bought.
- Participating in IT projects to provide Technical consultation, training, perform required tests on new systems and study integration with the working system.

Providing research notes and professional reports about new technologies, telecommunication and media markets .
