Joined as part of the IT Operations team for Microsoft Centralization Project which involves Centraliza-tion of 9 Business Entities, viz. Hospitals. It involves merging of 9 domains into one and centralizing the infrastructure. During the early stages, assisted Microsoft Premier Field Engineers with Migration of the Platform and getting the infrastructure to the same level across all the entities.
Serving as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all stakeholders, Hospitals IT Staff; skilled in identifying problems and addressing issues in a proactive manner.
Key role in Large scale IT transformation, end-to-end project planning and overall implementation.. Taken over Project Management for the Operations within migration processes liaising with SEHA IT, Microsoft (MCS & PFE teams) and the migrated Hospital IT team. Single handed defined Batching pro-tocols and principals for User and Client Migration at Hospitals.
Primarily responsible for administering SCCM, Orchestrator, FIM, DPM, GAM, AD, Exchange, Client machines Patching and SCOM in the new environment by following the best practices of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) protocols for support, using the BMC Remedy tool for ITSM.
SCCM daily tasks include Software Distribution, OS Deployment, Endpoint Protection, Reporting, and troubleshooting client and site related issues.
Moreover the secondary tasks include Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMWare) and Monitoring. Also respon-sible for handling the Data Centre Operations for Cerner Application hosted at Etisalat and Injazat Data Systems DCs, handling tape directories, maintaining data protection and backups using DPM and HP Data Protect.
Worked as the member of Wintel Team for the Global IT Operations which was the highest escalation point for any technical query. The company has more than 60 offices globally which we support off-shore for any IT related query.
Tools, technologies and tasks that I was especially responsible to work on day to day are:
Windows Server Environment, File and Printer Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP, Security and Server Patching.
Also responsible for administering and operating on SCCM, SCOM, Microsoft Lync, Sophos Antivirus and Firewall. PKI.
Creating and managing Citrix farms of Servers and VDIs. Installing applications and publishing it through Citrix XenApp servers. Administer and manage the storage through EMC SAN systems in our Environment, especially for Microsoft Exchange, Database and Application servers.
Apart from these, certain latest tools that we supported our users globally for different operations:
Sophos SafeGuard - File Encryption, Cisco ScanSafe - Web Filtering, Checkpoint PointSec - External File Encryption
Started working on Contract as outsourced employee from a 3rd Party as the IT Systems Analyst, provid-ing all kind of IT support to the in house staff. Take care of all the IT related queries across Delhi, Chen-nai and Mumbai offices. Strive to improve the performance and maintainability of the existing systems. Administer and maintain all kinds of servers and network devices.
Maintain and update the Inventory. Coordinate with the vendors with IT supplies.
Promoted to System Support Engineer after 10 months of service and consumed as Full-Time Employee of the company for good performance.
The new role was specific to Electronic Product Division (EPD) which deals with publishing of the Online Content for the company.
Responsible for performance and maintenance of all the Server Systems installed which include Physi-cal as well as virtualised VMware, Citrix Servers. Supporting Windows Server and Linux Servers and administrating various tasks, scripts (Bash and PowerShell) and applications running on the server.
Monitor and administer the Citrix and VMWare VDIs from the console. Creating, deleting, resetting, and managing existing and new VDI machines.
Monitor the content from various sources and handling a team to make changes necessary to be pro-cessed by in house tools to get it Online. Also assist in house developers in their day to day access re-quests on various servers, databases and share locations. Plan and execute the strategies for mainte-nance and upgrade of the existing infrastructure architecture alongside global IT team in Australia.

Worked as Sr. Analyst, and providing Windows Infrastructure Level 2 support over Information Tech-nology Service Management (ITSM) concepts, by following the best practices of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) protocols for worldwide support to the client.
The technologies included were Windows Server, AD, Exchange, VMWare, and Citrix
Performed troubleshooting of Dell Systems for all hardware and software related issues and provided a quick resolution. Troubleshooting involved diagnosis using symptoms and teardown (if required) to isolate part failure.
Software troubleshooting involved solving issues related to Operating System and other applications installed on the machine.

Throughout been the outstanding student in the institution. Served as the College Captain (President) among all students in all the Senior Years. Aced in all major co-curricular activities like Debates, Quizzes, Elocutions, and almost all sports.
