 Coordinate all changes related to MENA sector (Jordan, EGY, Dubai, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia)
 Communicate with requestors and implementer's to ensure closing the change in timely manner

 Follow up and ensure closure of daily tickets
 Responsible on network issues
 Handling Remote site tickets
