Planning
• Develop strategic, operational, and sales and marketing plans to achieve the goals of the company
• Set monthly and yearly goals and targets for each department
Product Development
• Monitor and investigate different markets needs and latest trends to design new products accordingly
• Conduct brain storming sessions with internal teams to discuss different aspects of new products
• Collaborate and follow up with internal teams throughout product development cycle (analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and implementation)
