Given the additional responsibilities of being the Head of IT overseeing the complete IT operations and developments happening in Infrastructure & Business Systems running a large 24x7 SAP platform across the two companies ( EBM & CFL) within the EBM Group.
Develop, plan and execute an infrastructure strategy that will enable the grganization into the next level of IT service management and automation and gear up the organization for an industry standard ERP deployment.
This is a green field program implementation comprising of 6 - 8 complex infrastructure projects. All deployments must meed industry standards and best practices by deaign.
Projects mainly are :
- Construction of Unmanned datacenter for 24x7 operations.
- LAN revamping with highspeed OM410gig fiber uplinks and CAT6 copper infrastructure along with highspeed and resilient switching environment
- Nationwide (14) branches LAN and UPD power revamp.
- Nationwide (14) branches centralized data connectivity with resiliency.
- Construction of Unmanned Disaster Recovery Site for 24x7 operations.
- 50+ IP based CCTV setup over fiber optic with centralized monitoring over NVR and remote storage for second back.
- Implementation of Microsoft based infrastrucure, communicatio, collaboration & back office automation applications which include : AD, Exchange, TMG, LYNC, Sharepoint, SCOM, SCCM, SCSM, SCCMM, SQL cluster, HyperV Cluster.
- implementaion of IBM rack servers, PureFlex compute nodes ( intel & power servers) & Storwize SAN solution over FC
- Implementation of SAP within the organization (as backup project manager) and lead the SAP technical landscape deployment for Solution Manager, ECC, BI, BOBJ, ESS/MSS, FIORI & DMS.

Primary job role is overall management of IS operations division which caters for the following 4 core functions: Data Center operations, Service Desk Operations, Network operations & Disaster recovery operations. Core responsibility is to ensure that all IS systems are operating at optimum performance & are available as per SLA to enable the business to operate efficiently 24x7 around the clock.
