• Re-engineering of the core business processes to increase operations efficiency & effectiveness
• Full project management activities to ensure projects are delivered on-time, in-budget and within scope
• Helping in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities
• Verifying the completeness of business requirements against functional design documents
• Verifying the efficient build of ERD as per business requirements /functional design documents
• Supervising end-to-end Software development lifecycle.
• Reviewing and approving all project management documentation (e.g. Project Plans, Risk/Issue Logs, Project Charter, etc...)
• E-services prioritization & roll-out (Go-live) strategies.
• Supervision of Data Migration (mapping & execution) and Data Cleansing Activities
• Defining User Personas and Practitioners’ Journeys (User Stories)
• Helping business users in writing full test cases as per the requirements & ensure User Acceptance Testing
• Operations planning - to ensure smooth transition to operations team
• Business Support / Data Analysis & Insights
• Helping internal staff through coaching, and mentoring all levels of IT staff to build sustainable competencies.
