Responsibilities &Duties:
➢ Managed a team of 8 site engineers & supervisors for the South Park, North park &amenity buildings. Total 14 buildings type (B+G+5TYPICAL+TECHNICAL FLOOR)
➢ Prepared installation method statements in coordination with the QA/QC representatives and verifying the prepared documents prior submitting to the Client.
➢ In charge of and coordinating all submittals, installation and shop drawings for the complete HVAC system
➢ Site supervision (fabrication and erection of chilled water piping threaded& welded piping which includes pipes up to 12".
➢ Preparation and monitoring HVAC ducting work orders based on approved shop drawings &as per SMACNA standards
➢ Supervising the Installation of all Project's Insulated Ducting works with an approximate quantity of 600, 000 sq ft including volume, fire dampers, diffusers, registers, Sand Trap Louvers & to modify ducting works in coordination with other MEP disciplines & as per clients approval

➢ Generate/Review material requisitions, submittals, and ensure contract performance measures are met.

➢ fabrication and erection of inlet and outlet chilled water piping &piping system with welded fittings & necessary supports, fixing of valves such as butterfly valve, NRV, DRV ..
➢ Erection of chilled water pumps, and erection of pump inlet and outlet chilled water piping from header lines with welded fittings, necessary supports as per approved shop drawings.
➢ Installation of HVAC ducts as per approved shop drawings, SMACNA Standards.
