Maintain communication with team and management to ensure that work will be completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices.
Responsible for giving updates and status of field / site activities to other team members.
Prepare written reports and other technical documentation to communicate ideas, concepts and details necessary to accomplish specific goals.
Periodically maintain and upgrade the documents related to DC access, client SOMS, Customer services guidelines, Do’s and Don’ts of Data Centers.
Ensures that within data center cooling, power and UPS, fire suppression, cabling and racking is as per SLA with customer.
Alert the Maintenance and Operations Teams to situations of equipment abuse and operations practices which induce failures, reduces reliability or increases the equipment maintenance cost.
Create an environment oriented towards trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
Assigns and delegates tasks to team members as appropriate; defines roles and responsibilities for team members
Develop and implement appropriate reports, data extracts and dashboards by using software’s and relational database management systems including Power BI, Microsoft Access and Excel etc.

Following up and completing Contract Activation Variance
Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including Quotes, Bookings and Renewals
Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing
Conducts Contract Administration Requests including adds, deletes, and changes
Assist in customer escalation as per escalation procedure
Perform routine follow up calls as per renewal procedure to hit Renewal Sales Goals
