Receiving of deliveries of medicines in the Pharmacy.
Opening, checking and counting of items against delivery note/Invoice
Checking for damaged or short expiry items in the boxes/cartons
Accept or reject the short expiry medicines in consultation with the Pharmacy Manager
Preparation of LPO for the received items
Verification and reconciliation of stock on hand of the items ordered for LPO approval
Processing of GRN with actual batch and expiry dates
Monitoring of whole sale and retail prices and correct in the system if prices are revised
Submission of LPOs for approval
Submission of all documents to Accounts Payables for payment
Printing of bar code stickers after GRN
Supervision of labeling and storing of medicines in the designated racks and bins
Monitoring of stock movement between the Main and Outpatient pharmacies
Physical stock adjustment of medicines received on loan and return against loan
Handing of expired medicines returned from the units and transfer them to the expired pharmacy
Maintaining of expired medicines location where all expired medicines are stored until they are destroyed.
Preparation of Expired medicines statement annually for provision and approval from the Management.
Following up of Expired stock replacement from the Vendors.
Processing of stock destroyed against replacement received from the Vendors.
Preparation of Gate pass for return of medicines from the Pharmacy.
Preparation and setting up of both pharmacies for Annual Physical Inventory count and Audit.
