- Collect the monthly rota from all departments, and prepare some of the department's duty rota.
- Organize the meetings.
- Help people that wants to meet the administrative director and answer their questions and try to solve there problems.
- Organize the documents coming to the director to be signed and distribute the going out from his office if needed.

• Receive invoices/ expense claim/request and log received ones for payment basic information in AP logbook.
• Enter invoices/ expense in ORECAL system.

• Prepare the leave request documents & send it to Human Resource Dept. and follow up with them, and if exit reentry visa requested follow up with Government Relation Dept.
• Book tickets & hotels as requested.

Prepare the labor office papers for work license issue and renewal.
Responsible of the department petty cash many.
I use to go to the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to finish work.
Responsible of all the passports and Iqamas for all employees.
Prepare the documents for Iqama transfer of sponsorship.
Prepare the documents for visit visa, Business visa, and Medical visa.
Prepare the document for the exit reentry and exit visa.
Prepare the employee certificate.
Organize the meetings.
Prepare the monthly report.
Prepare the leave request documents & send it to Human Resource Dept. and follow up with them.

Prepare the ID’s and Access cards for employees.
Prepare the duty schedule for security Guards.
Prepare the warning letters.
Make an Inventory for equipments in the dept.

Contracts of the new employees.
Help the Board of the hospital with work they need.
Vacation calculations.
Leave salaries, end of service award calculation, overtime, and benefits.
Follow up and complete procedure required for the Group, local and international recruitment, in addition to day to day tasks with other departments and other branches.
Help doing the ID’s.
