Thesis title: Establishment and Analysis of Directed Differentiation Protocol on a new Human Pluripotent Stem Cell (hPSC) Culture Method. In this research, we represented a human serum-derived protein which efficiently induces cell attachment, maintains pluripotency and long-term growth of hPSCs when added as a soluble protein as a supplement to Essential 8 medium. Throughout the research work, hPSCs were differentiated into either cardiac cells or a definitive endoderm monolayer, as a result comparing this new method to commercially available coatings. Techniques used: qPCR, Western Blotting, Immunocytochemistry, and Cell Culture Techniques.
