• Lead the strategic management and optimization of the online catalog, meticulously curating product listings, crafting compelling descriptions, and arranging visually captivating content.
• Implement seamless navigation, intuitive search functionality, and polished user interfaces within the online catalog to enhance user experience.
• Perform sorting and merchandising duties, including optimizing banners, to effectively showcase products and entice customers.
• Follow up on inventory checks to ensure accurate representation of product availability and promptly update the catalog to reflect new arrivals or changes.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure accurate reflection of all items with offers.
• Conduct monthly sales analysis to evaluate performance metrics, comparing growth trends and providing actionable insights.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align e-commerce strategies with overarching business objectives.
