• Responsible for establishing policies and best practices for the Jordan country office, administering benefits, and supervising the HR team.
• Work collaboratively with executive management, line managers, the HR team, and other stakeholders to build a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Manage employee relations, in conjunction with legal advisors to ensure compliance with local labor laws, and audits as necessary.

• Maintain a high-quality central HR function, including appropriate technology, systems, and tools, including maintaining metrics and people data to inform key decisions.
• In consultation with the legal advisor and HQ, resolve complex employee relations issues (such as harassment, discrimination, and power dynamic allegations) in a balanced, fair, and objective manner, using appropriate counseling, investigative, intervention, and mediation techniques.
• Lead development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of training, mentoring, and professional development and succession plans.
• Manage the performance management process and facilitate the improvement of performance management systems and training for our staff.
• Demonstrated leadership by spearheading the Partner Project Capacity Review process for potential partners, actively contributing to collaborative analysis and management of material risks. Additionally, provided or delegated HR training and mentoring support to partners in accordance with partner project support plans, with a focused effort on strengthening their HR systems and capacities.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration.
• Assis in managing employee welfare, wellness, health, and life insurance programs.

Follow up with the staff regarding the yearly goals, performance evaluation..
Provide Finance department with the monthly salaries updates by the end of the third week of the month along with the hard copies of the requested/needed documents.
Identify recruitment requirement needs and facilitates the selection process in order to ensure that transparent, timely, organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff this includes developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates, under the leadership of the hiring managers.
Follow up more than 400 volunteers inside Zaatari camp and around 250 inside Syria.
Follow up with health insurance company regarding staff insurance and concerns.
Provide the HR Manager with a weekly report, which contain the activities, and duties, which we finalized, and what are the pending issues and concerns.

•Ensure tracking of leave and absences and coordinate with Finance department to ensure accuracy of monthly payroll.
•Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
•Maintaining employee files.
•Ensure exit procedures are conducted for all staff as required.
•Issue and manage staff contracts, renewals, extensions letters.
•Provide employees with updated balances of annual and sick leaves.
•Preparing official letters (employee certificate, experience letters, employee change status form, authorization of hiring ..etc.) and any other documents requested from the supervisor.
