o Undertake a variety of administrative work and ad hoc exercises within general guidelines & minimum supervision, and maintain proper filing system.
o Document control for all arrangement and correspondence for facilities projects.
o Meeting and appointment requirements are met. Organize for meetings, Permanents and temporary gate pass for contractors, subcontractors and visitors.
o Follow up and attend the Presidential Flight Maintenance Request for office equipment (photocopy machines, faxes & telephones).
o Maintains Bank Guarantees & the retention money for the work done.
o Monitor Presidential Flight maintenance requests and prepare efficiency monthly report.
o Arrange weekly report for all new projects progress within Presidential Flight Premises
o Manage budget expenditure in Facilities Department and prepare monthly budget report
o Manage and control all new projects within Presidential Flight

o Managing Alert Find (Online Program) to control emergencies (Crisis Management Committee)
o Managing Reports using Q-Pulse software (Air & Ground Accidents Reports)
o Manage and follow up Air Safety Reports/Captain’s Voyage Reports
o Safety Manual updating
o Take Minutes of Meetings and follow up
o Environment Health Safety Management System


o Renewals of Aviation Regulations Certificates & Transport of Dangerous Goods
o Manage and follow up all internal/external correspondence
o Manage all VIP Flight requests
o Provides office up keeping, engagement diary, arrange appointments, guests' visits, travel & accommodation and gate passes for Presidential Flight visitors
o Assist Director in special projects and follow up (Conferences, Seminars)
