Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including the Prime Minister's Office to issues related to the KPIs. Monitor departments’ achievements and make recommendations to directors during scheduled one to one meetings or group meetings with unit managers. Ensure the reporting of departments' actual to the Prime Minister's Office before the deadlines in their system with all the required information and supporting documents. Conduct workshops for departments to inform of new government initiatives that will eventually reflect department operational plans.
Manage the internal strategic planning system and conduct training for users as required to train new users on how to use the system. Also, create reports as required by the senior management regarding all department strategic plans using the strategic planning tracking system, SPTS.
Attend government workshops in the Prime Minister's Office related to topics such as Strategic Planning, Shaikh Khalifa Government Excellence Award, and Innovation. Discuss the new requirements with the strategic planning director to take the necessary steps to spread the awareness of new changes.
Facilitate working on the Shaikh Khalifa Government Excellence Award and conduct necessary workshops to summarize the requirements and how the Excellence Award is related to the strategic planning processes.
Manage the Intranet and Extranet of the Strategic Planning Website and Innovation, and get the necessary approvals before publishing new content.
Lead the achievements of Innovation strategy under the innovation strategic objective set by the government and make the necessary recommendations to improve the results of innovation key performance indicators in coordination with the innovation unit director.

Automated the internal HR processes by conducting meetings with managers, understanding the procedures and the required approval levels and later create system proposals which once approved, be developed using SharePoint in collaboration with the IT department.
Leaded several projects such as developing of the Electronic Suggestions and Complaints System and the Online Staff Professional Development Form.
Managed the annual performance management cycle of employees, conducting workshops with directors and line managers and individual employees to improve the level of achievements towards completing the evaluation process successfully and in a professional manner.

Worked single handed to process students’ major application forms and ensure that the new students receive advice related to their 8-semester plan.
