Tasks
- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan
the hiring process.
- Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual).
- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill.
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard.
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video
interviews and in-person meetings)
- Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.

-Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Define job description and document specifications.
- Handled recruitment's entire process, i.e. sourcing (internal or external), interviewing,
selecting, hiring according to the company's requirements.
- Organizational capacity by sourcing the best talent from both local and international -
markets and provide opportunities for individuals looking for careers of various disciplines.
- Advertising job vacancies by drafting and placing adverts through the appropriate channels.
- Handling the offer guidance and facilitating the negotiation process through to its
completion.

* Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for local and expat employees.
* Handle turnover monthly report.
* Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
* Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates
within schedule.
* Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
* Promote the company’s reputation as “the best place to work”.
* Background Verification: Background Verification was carried out for the employees as per the
policy, education, experience.
* Prepare job offer for new employee and prepare agreement if an employee gets promoted to
another position or if the work schedule has been changed and put that change in HRC system.

solved instantly.
