I identify sales lead, pitch goods and services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new clients.
-Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
-Planning and preparing marketing strategies.
-Communicating new product developments to perspective clients.
-Overseeing the developments of marketing literatures.
-Writing reports, processing price quotes, LPOs and delivery reports.
-Providing feedback to the higher management.
-Maintaining company financial statements.
-My task was to do a research on the topics provided and write articles on daily basis.
My responsibility is to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries concerns and requests about opus services.
-Deals directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
-Respond promptly to customers queries.
-Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle our service issues.
-Maintain customer database by using MS excel and MS word
-Escalates orders and letters from clients.
-Creates forms, reports and applications as per requirements.
-Responsible for assisting teachers in lecture preparations, grading tests and conducting tutorials.
