I identify sales lead, pitch goods and services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new clients.
-Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
-Planning and preparing marketing strategies.

-Writing reports, processing price quotes, LPOs and delivery reports.

-Deals directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
-Respond promptly to customers queries.
-Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle our service issues.
-Maintain customer database by using MS excel and MS word
-Escalates orders and letters from clients.
-Creates forms, reports and applications as per requirements.
-Responsible for assisting teachers in lecture preparations, grading tests and conducting tutorials.
