Managing the entire recruitment processes including : Creating Manpower
Requisition forms, Handling various approval stages from hiring manager to
Management, Preparing Job Descriptions, Advertisement on Portals and on social
media, CV Sourcing, First Stage interviews,
Forwarding Resumes to hiring manager, Arrangement of technical interviews,
Offer Negotiation, Offer Letter Generation,
Documents Verification, Onboarding Process and first day orientation.
Facilitate Emiratisation Programmes in compliance with rules & regulations set by
MOHRE.
Liase with hiring managers to understand the manpower requirements for the
specified projects and provide brief information about recruitment polices and
procedures.
Ensure that each hiring has been done with compliance to the recruitment policies
and procedures.
Set up meetings with hiring managers to understand project requirements &
provide updates on recruitment stages for shortlisted candidates.
Follow up with all selected candidates to get updates about Notice period
completion, visa cancellation status, joining day confirmation, and
also provide them with updates regarding the visa process, tickets & hotel
bookings, etc.
Update & Maintain Candidate Database according to the industries.
Be a focal point for several projects to handle all requests made by clients / employees.
Source potential candidates for the manpower requirements received from clients / in-house department heads internal database, references, online job/networking portals, social media etc. Conduct initial interview via phone / MS teams / Webex inorder to ensure the candidates match the client’s requirements by reviewing the experience, qualifications,
Set up interviews by coordinating with clients and candidates.
Contact candidates for negotiations and generates offer letters, contracts, etc.
Compile the documentation of selected candidates and coordinate with PR department for visa process / visa renewals for existing employees.
Arrange visit visa, hotel booking and flights for overseas candidates. Upload all relevant documents and create employee listing in HRMS. Application of medical insurance for new recruits.
Apply for CICPA / security passes for new recruits as well as coordinate for the timely renewal of the same. Submission of documents for security clearance as per requests received from clients.
Create / Renew / Update OPTIMA in SEATS system for ADNOC offshore / ADNOC Drilling / Zakher Marine employees / new recruits.
Arrange trainings like H2S, Tbosiet, TFOET, Green Hats, etc for ADNOC Employees / new recruits. Arrange offshore medical fitness tests.
Prepare salary certificates, salary transfer letters, No objection certificates, experience letters etc upon requests.
Coordinate with clients to receive timesheets on time inorder to process payroll for project staff. Manage Exit formalities including visa, security pass, insurance cancellations & arrange exit interviews for employees who are terminated / resigned.
Handle employee disputes / grievances.
