• Manage a team of 70 stafs, Responsible for the overall operation of the Site, Including all activities. Accountability for the performance of the Convenience store, Forecourt, Quick Lube, Carwash and overall site presentation.
• The principal accountabilities are Customer Service, Site Management, Administration Responsibilities, Merchandise Management, Financial Management operations and Staf Supervision.
• ð Oversees day-to-day operations of convenience store and site, managing stafs, working along with vendors and ensuring the purchase and return are entered in system.
• ð Fully responsible for sales target, controlling stocks, inventories, merchandising as per planogram, promotions, fuel order placement, cash handling, stock wastage and shrinkage is within the required limit.

• ð Ensure that all suficient stock of products are available at all times to satisfy all customers' demands.
• ð Maintain staf duty rosters, time sheets, vacation plans, training cycle as required.
• ð Ensure all site staf follow the safety standards, looking good standards and EHS standards.
• ð Ensure set guidelines and promotion program are implemented in a timely fashion as directed by HO.
• ð Promoting Select card and Cash plus cards for customers, which benefits them across our outlets in thecountry.
