• Harmonized and synchronized paper mills operations in Jordan and Egypt, focused on cost leadership strategy to save more than 2 million USD in 2013 and 2014.

Main Duties:
• Managed the human resources function in Jordan and Egypt during 2014-2016. Moved to UAE in 2017 to manage business in Dubai and assist in establishing new paper mill in Abu Dhabi with an investment of 100 million Dollar.
• Managed the culture, leadership development, talent management, human capital planning and development, compensation and benefits, culture change, organization restructure, performance management, policy development, HRMS, Oracle and budgeting in addition to employee and public relations, payroll and administration.
• Develops and implements HR strategies in alignment with FHH HR strategies and plans, aiming to optimize the HE organization development activities by providing effective organization planning and development, job design and analysis, manpower planning and budgeting, compensation and benefits, talent acquisitions and retention, employee motivation, HE policies and GSM, automated HR platforms and administration services at the company.
