Construction of the exchanger city Essalema, road GP9- La Marsa, Tunisia(deep foundation)

Work with Project Managers of contractors/sub-contractors to monitor and control plans and schedules.
Review construction methodology and drawings.
Monitor project progress.
Monitor and supervise construction activities.
Inspection of erected units before concrete pouring to ensure that all requirements as per plans and specifications are in place including, coordination with other disciplines.
Check and approve submissions of the contractors to include materials samples submission, shop drawings, as-built drawings, etc.
Inspect materials/equipment deliveries as against the approved samples and brochures to ensure that only approved materials and equipment are delivered and installed.
Attend coordination meetings with the Project Manager, Owners and Contractors.
