Supervision of CDU, VDU, Visbreaker, Jet Fuel Merox, C4 Splitter units Filed & Plant Operations.
•Isolate & prepare equipment for maintenance and conduct routine level of pressure, flow and temperature.
•Commission - Decommission of equipment, ensure steady unit operation.
•Shutdown - Startup of units for major project or Turn around.
•Ensure equipment condition while running normal as well as slow down of refinery and troubleshooting activity of units.
•Carry out Gas test & ensure calibration of Gas tester before use.
•Act as lead supervisor in Furness (heaters) decoking team.
•Act as control panel in CDU, VDU, Visbreaker, and Jet Fuel Merox, C4 Splitter unit’s startup & shutdown and emergency shutdowns.
Significant Contribution:
• Experience in refinery emergency such as fire, gas leak, oil spillage etc.
•Member of the fire fighter Auxiliary team as well as completed the firefighting training.
