Key responsibilities:
• Developing project plans and schedules: Develop detailed project plans and schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction activities, using project management tools and software (Microsoft Project).
• Cost estimation and budget control: Provide accurate cost estimates and effective budget control for the engineering, procurement, and construction activities of the project, using tools and techniques such as cost estimating software, earned value management, and cash flow analysis.
• Risk management: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop robust risk mitigation plans, using industry-specific risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000 or API RP 580.
• Progress monitoring and reporting: Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule variance (SV), cost variance (CV), and earned value (EV), and report project status to management, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, using advanced reporting tools such as dashboards or business intelligence software.
• Change management: Implement effective change management processes, such as configuration management or change control, to manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget, using change management software or tools.
• Quality assurance and control: Develop and implement rigorous quality assurance and control procedures, using
industry-specific quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or API Q1, to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordination and collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with various project teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that project activities are aligned and executed as per the project plan
• Technical support: Provide technical support to the project team, including reviewing and approving technical specifications, design documents, and engineering drawings, using engineering software ( AutoCAD )
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements, using regulatory compliance software or tools and conducting regular audits and inspections
Key Responsibilities
●Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed such
Rotatory machines (pumps, blowers…), different kind of filters (sand filters continues and discontinues,
UF, NF, desalination electrodialysis ….) etc
● Ensuring that equipment works to its specification (checking the set points of the equipment and update
them as per the process needs.
● Strong knowledge of wastewater process (preliminary, primary, secondary, disinfection and
sludge treatments also familiar with anaerobic process waste to energy)
● Liaising with installation/project engineers, working in refurbishment and commissioning project of
Thermal drying plants, plant capacity is 245, 000 m³ per day of wastewater
● Writing reports and documentation to the both operation and maintenance manager
● Providing technical support in the field during preventive and corrective maintenance.
● Investigating problems, diagnosing and repairing faults.
● Making improvements to the process, and offering advice about, operational procedures.

•Developing sustainability strategies: under the Algerian view of 2030 using the mode l of 50% Renewable and 50% of fossil energy.
•Analyzing data and preparing presentations: This involves collecting and analyzing data related to sustainability metrics, such as greenhouse gas emissions or water usage, in Algeria during the last 15 previous years.
•Engaging with stakeholders (Sonalgaz, ministry of energy, Sonatrack): This involves working with a variety of stakeholders in the country, such as employees, customers, and investors, to promote sustainable practices and increase awareness about sustainability issues in Algeria .
•Conducting sustainability audits: This involves reviewing a company's sustainability practices, policies and identifying areas for improvement, as well as verifying compliance with sustainability standards in Algeria and her position on this subject.
•Developing sustainability marketing strategies and transition of the energy’s uses: This involves
